  1. Subject of the service: A website offering children's furniture, Moses baskets and wooden toys.

  2. Conditions for placing orders: The customer may place orders via the website, by e-mail or by phone. The order will be placed when the Customer selects the products and completes the delivery and payment details.

  3. Prices: Product prices are given on the website in Polish zlotys, euros and dollars and include VAT. Delivery costs are charged separately and depend on the weight and size of the order and the delivery address.

  4. Payment methods: The customer can pay for the order by bank transfer or online payment. In the case of online payments, the Customer will be redirected to the website of the external payment provider.

  5. Delivery: Orders are processed within 1-21 working days from the moment of payment confirmation. Delivery costs depend on the weight and size of the order and the delivery address.

  6. Returns and complaints: The customer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Return costs are borne by the customer. In the event of a complaint, the Customer should contact the Seller to determine further steps.

  7. Personal data protection: Customer data is stored in accordance with the law, including the GDPR. The customer has the right to inspect his personal data and correct or delete them.

  8. Final provisions: The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of service. The current terms and conditions are available on the website. In the event of disputes between the Seller and the Customer, both parties will strive to resolve them by negotiation. In the event of disagreement, disputes will be settled by the competent court.
