1.3 In operating the Store, the Seller makes every effort to protect the rights of Users, particularly with regard to privacy and the protection of information provided to the Seller and relating to Users. This information (including Users' personal data) is duly secured, and the online forms used to submit this information are protected by the SSL security protocol, ensuring that the data transfer process is encrypted. When processing Users' personal data, the Seller takes special care to protect it from unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized removal, processing in violation of applicable law, and from alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.

The owner of the store is entered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity of the Republic of Poland, maintained by the minister responsible for economic affairs.

2.2. The Controller processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

3. Personal Data

3.1 When using the Store, the User may be asked to provide personal data necessary for the provision of services by the Seller:

when registering in the Store (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, email address),
when expressing a desire to subscribe to the Newsletter service (email address),
when placing an order (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, email address).

3.2 Providing any personal data by the User is voluntary. Providing the data listed in section 2.1 is necessary for the purposes specified in section 2.4.

3.3 Users may browse the Store and its product offers without prior registration or providing personal data.

3.4 The personal data of Users who are individuals (including sole proprietors) will be processed by the Seller as the personal data controller for the purpose of providing services through the Store, as well as for marketing purposes related to the operation of the Store, including services and goods presented in the Store. With respect to the personal data of Users who register in the Store using access data from Allegro or purchase goods or services in the Store using access data from PayU, the Seller receives this data from the Allegro Group or PayU, respectively, with the Users' consent and to the extent necessary for the Seller to achieve the purposes indicated above. The collected data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, and the Electronic Services Act of July 18, 2002. The provision of personal data by the User is voluntary.

3.5 User personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive it under applicable law, including relevant judicial authorities. User personal data may also be transferred or disclosed – to the extent necessary and required – to third parties, including entities performing activities related to the Agreement concluded with the Buyer at the Seller's request, including operators handling electronic payments under concluded Agreements or entities delivering ordered goods.
