Shipment of orders
Orders for baskets and toys are processed within 24-48 hours from the moment the order is placed and the payment is received.
Our cots are usually shipped within 14 business days after order placement and payment confirmation. If you order a bed with unusual dimensions, the shipping time may be longer.
Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays in the production of beds, which we have no control over. In such a case, we always try to inform the customer as soon as possible about a possible extension of the order processing time.
All orders are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday. Parcels are delivered via courier companies such as DPD, InPost Kurier, InPost dziennikomaty, GLS, FedEx - international shipments.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the selected delivery method. Prices are available on the website when placing an order.
Order returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ordered goods, you can return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. To make a return, please complete the return form available on the website.
The cost of return is covered by the customer. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase. After receiving the returned shipment, we will refund the cost of purchasing the goods to the account you indicated.
Refunds do not include shipping costs and fees charged for additional services.
