Shipping orders

Order fulfillment time

  • Moses baskets - Lead time is up to 2 days If an order is placed by 12:00 noon on a given business day, it will usually be shipped within 1 business day.

  • Cots – Standard turnaround time is up to 14 days working days from the moment of placing the order and confirming payment. In the case of orders for beds with non-standard dimensions, the delivery time may be longer.

  • Mattresses - We process orders within 3 days working.

Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays in the production of beds, which we have no influence on. In such a case, we always try to inform the customer as soon as possible about a possible extension of the order's execution time.

All orders are processed on working days from Monday to Friday. Shipments are delivered via courier companies such as DPD, InPost Courier, InPost parcel lockers, GLS, FedEx- foreign shipments.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the chosen form of delivery. Prices are available on the website during ordering.

Order Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ordered goods, you can return them within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment. To make a return, please complete the return form, which is available on the website.

The cost of return is covered by the customer. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging along with proof of purchase. After receiving the returned package, we will refund the cost of the goods to the account indicated by you.

Refunds do not include shipping costs or fees charged for additional services.
