Returns policy

The right to withdraw from the concluded sales contract is available within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods without giving a reason.

To return goods purchased in our online store and thus receive a refund, they must be sent in the condition in which they were delivered to you.

It is recommended to contact the Seller in advance to determine the form of receipt of the goods by the Seller.

The refund will be made in the same payment method used during the purchase.

Additionally, the direct costs of return are borne by the person returning the goods. Please note that the ordering party is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their improper use or other activities.

• Personalized products

• DIY items that have been assembled or partially assembled are excluded unless damaged or defective

• Mattresses, bedding, toiletries or body care products after opening the packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)
