Shipping orders
Orders for baskets and toys are processed within 24-48 hours from the moment the order is placed and payment is received.
Our beds are usually shipped within 14 working days from the moment of placing the order and confirming the payment. In case of ordering a bed with unusual dimensions, the shipping time may be longer.
Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays in the production of beds, which we have no influence on. In such a case, we always try to inform the customer as soon as possible about a possible extension of the order's execution time.
All orders are processed on working days from Monday to Friday. Shipments are delivered via courier companies such as DPD, InPost Courier, InPost parcel lockers, GLS, FedEx- foreign shipments.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the chosen form of delivery. Prices are available on the website during ordering.
