Shipping orders
Orders for baskets and toys are processed within 24-48 hours from the moment of placing the order and posting the payment.
Our cribs are usually dispatched within 14 working days from order placement and payment confirmation. If you order a cot with non-standard dimensions, the shipping time may be longer.
Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays in the production of beds, which we have no influence on. In this case, we always try to inform the customer as soon as possible about a possible extension of the order fulfillment time.
All orders are processed on working days from Monday to Friday. Shipments are delivered via courier companies such as DPD, InPost Kurier, InPost paczkomaty, GLS, FedEx - foreign shipments.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the chosen form of delivery. Prices are available on the website when placing an order.
Order returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the ordered goods, you can return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. To make a return, please complete the return form available on the website.
The cost of return is covered by the customer. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, together with proof of purchase. After receiving the returned shipment, we will refund the purchase price of the goods to the account indicated by you.
Returns do not include shipping costs and charges for additional services.
