We care about your privacy and want you to feel comfortable when using our services. That is why we present you below the most important information about the principles of our processing of your personal data and cookies, which are used by our online store.
This information has been prepared in accordance with the GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation.
1. General provisions
1.1 This privacy policy specifies the principles of protection of confidential information relating to Users, including personal data, by the administrator of such data, i.e. the entity operating the Store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
1.2 For the purposes of interpreting this document, the definitions contained in the Store Regulations apply.
1.3 When running the Store, the Seller takes special care to protect the rights of Users, in particular in the area of privacy protection and protection of information provided to the Seller and concerning Users. This information (including the personal data of Users) is duly secured, and the online forms used to send this information are protected by the SSL security protocol, thanks to which the data transfer process is encrypted. When processing the personal data of Users, the Seller pays special attention to ensuring that this data is protected against unauthorized access, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable law and its change, loss, damage or destruction.
2. Personal Data Administrator

The owner of the store is entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland, run by the minister responsible for economic affairs.
2.2. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
3. Personal data
3.1 When using the Store, the User may be asked to provide his/her personal data necessary for the provision of services by the Seller:
- when registering in the Store (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address)
- when expressing a desire to use the Newsletter service (e-mail address),
- when placing an order (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address).
3.2 The provision of any personal data by the User is voluntary. The provision of the data listed in point 2.1. is necessary for the purposes specified in point 2.4.
3.3 Users may browse the Store and the offers for goods posted therein without prior registration or providing personal data.
3.4 Personal data of Users who are natural persons (including natural persons running a sole proprietorship) will be processed by the Seller as the administrator of personal data for the purpose of providing services by the Seller through the Store, as well as for marketing purposes related to the functioning of the Store, including services and goods presented in the Store. In relation to personal data of Users registering in the Store using access data from Allegro or purchasing goods or services in the Store using access data from PayU, the Seller receives this data - respectively - from the Allegro Group or PayU, with the consent of the Users and to the extent necessary for the Seller to achieve the purposes indicated above. The processing of collected data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means. The provision of personal data by the User is voluntary.
3.5 User personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities. User personal data may also be transferred or disclosed - to the extent necessary and required - to third parties, including entities performing activities related to the Agreement concluded with the Buyer on behalf of the Seller, including operators handling electronic payments under concluded Agreements or entities delivering ordered goods. User personal data (including their e-mail addresses) may also be disclosed by the Seller to BEMISIE in connection with the Seller running the Store, including in connection with BEMISIE performing activities for the Seller resulting from the agreement between the Seller and BEMISIE, enabling the Seller to use the tools used to run the Store.
3.6 The Seller ensures that Users whose personal data it processes have the right to exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access the content of their own personal data and to correct it, as well as the right to control the processing of their own personal data under the terms described in the said Act.
3.7 As part of the exercise of the right to control the processing of one's own personal data, the User has the right, in particular, to submit a written, reasoned request to cease the processing of his or her data due to his or her special situation, as well as to object to the processing of his or her data when the Seller processes them when it is necessary to fulfill legally justified purposes realized by the Seller or when the Seller intends to process them for marketing purposes, or against the transfer by the Seller of the User's personal data to a data controller other than the Seller.
3.8 Confidential information relating to Users, including personal data of Users, is protected by the Seller against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of their disclosure or loss and against destruction or unauthorized modification of indicated data and information by applying appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
4. Cookies
The shop uses so-called cookies. These files are saved on the Client's computer by our server and provide statistical data on the Client's activity in order to match our offer to their individual needs and tastes.
Each Customer may at any time disable the option of accepting cookies in their web browser, although they must be aware that in some cases, disabling these files may impede the use of our Store's offer.
Cookies saved on the Client's computer store information about:
a) adapting the content of the Store's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow the Store User's device to be recognized and the website to be properly displayed, tailored to their individual needs;
