1. General

1.1 This privacy policy sets out the rules for the protection of confidential information regarding Users, including personal data, by the administrator of such data, i.e. the entity running the Store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

1.2 For the purposes of interpreting this document, the definitions contained in the Regulations of the Store apply.

1.3. When running the Store, the Seller makes special efforts to protect the rights of Users, in particular in the field of privacy protection and protection of information provided to the Seller and concerning Users. This information (including Users' personal data) is duly secured, and the web forms used to send this information are protected by the SSL security protocol, thanks to which the data transfer process is encrypted. When processing Users' personal data, the Seller pays special attention to the fact that these data are protected against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable law and their change, loss, damage or destruction.

The owner of the store is entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister responsible for economy.

2.2 The administrator processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

3. Personal data

3.1 When using the Store, the User may be asked to provide his personal data necessary for the provision of services by the Seller:

  1. when registering in the Store (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address)
  2. when expressing willingness to use the Newsletter service (e-mail address),
  3. when placing an order (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address).

 

3.2 Providing any personal data by the User is voluntary. Providing the data listed in point21 is necessary for the purposes set out in point24

3.3 Users can browse the Store and the offers for goods posted therein or without prior registration and providing personal data.

3.4 Personal data of Users who are natural persons (including natural persons running a sole proprietorship) will be processed by the Seller as the administrator of personal data in order to provide services by the Seller via the Store, as well as for marketing purposes related to the functioning of the Store, including services and goods presented in the Store. With regard to the personal data of Users registering in the Store using access data from Allegro or purchasing goods or services in the Store using access data from PayU, the Seller receives these data - respectively - from the Allegro Group or PayU, with the consent of the Users and to the extent necessary for the Seller to achieve the goals indicated above. The processing of the collected data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997. on the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002. on the provision of electronic services. Providing your personal data by the User is voluntary.

3.5 The User's personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities. Users' personal data may also be transferred or disclosed - to the necessary and required extent - to third parties, including entities performing, at the request of the Seller, activities related to the Agreement concluded with the Buyer, e.g. others operators handling electronic payments for concluded Agreements or entities performing deliveries of ordered goods. Users' personal data (including their e-mail addresses) may also be disclosed by the Seller to BEMISIE in connection with the operation of the Store by the Seller, including in connection with the performance by BEMISIE for the Seller of activities resulting from the contract between the Seller and BEMISIE, enabling the Seller to use from the tools used to run the Store.

3.6. The Seller provides Users whose personal data are processed with the exercise of the rights under the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access and correct their own personal data and the right to control the processing of their own personal data on the terms described in the said Act.

3.7 As part of the exercise of the right to control the processing of his own personal data, the User has the right, in particular, to submit a written, substantiated request to stop processing his data due to his special situation, as well as to object to the processing of his data when the Seller processes them when it is necessary necessary for the fulfillment of legally justified purposes pursued by the Seller or when the Seller intends to process them for marketing purposes, or when the Seller transfers the User's personal data to a data administrator other than the Seller.

3.8 Confidential information about Users, including Users' personal data, is protected by the Seller against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of their disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information by applying appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

4. Cookies

The store uses the so-called. cookie files (cookies). These files are saved on the client's computer by our server and provide statistical data on the client's activity in order to match our offer to his individual needs and tastes.

Each customer may disable the option of accepting cookies in their web browser at any time, although they must be aware that in some cases disabling these files may cause difficulties in using the offer of our Store.
